详细内容 Dear Sir, We are looking for to buy one evaporator system to produce apple concentrate. The required characteristics are: - Feed: Turbid Apple juice, 15,000 kg/hr, with Brix 10, (produced from two stage extraction with belt presses include leaching, passed from screen 0.5 mm) Concentrate: 2140 kg/hr of Clear apple concentrate with Brix 70, 12'C Water Evaporation: 12860 kg/hr Steam: 8 barg Cooing Water: 28'C Electricity: 380 volt, 50 Hz Compressed Air: 7 bar dried and filtered Tap Water: 15-20' C Ice water: 4 to 7' C Welike thae evaporator isfive stage to reduce steam consumption, Meanwhile juice should be pasteurized before entering to first effect evaporation for protein degradation, we also like to have intermediate exit of semi concentrated turbid apple juice from evaporator in a Brix 13 to 22 at 50-55' C for enzyme treatment and filtration and return of clear juice to evaporator after filtration at 50' C. Please note the evaporator should be one pass without product recirculation. we also prefer to have aroma recovery system to extract of aroma of apple juice. Please note evaporator should be PLC controlled with control loops for different temperature, Live steam pressure, flow amount, density or Brix, vacuum amount, liquid levels etc. So please kindly offer compete technical details included flow diagram all boiling temperature, part list, material specification and grades, dimension , height, etc. We will be waiting for your early reply.
