详细内容 DearSir,I am pleased to introduce ourselves as the leading French manufacturer of veterinary instruments. We are currently looking for a supplier for die cutting moulds for our plant in Vietnam.We will use a die cutting machine (photo attached) for cutting PP (Polypropylene) sheets with thickness ranging from 0.65 to 1.10 mm. We are therefore looking for the die cutting molds which will be used with the die cutting machine. Please note this die cutting machine is equipped with a heating device for the blades of the die cutting mold in order to improve the cutting qualityYou will find enclosed a drawing of one model of cutting mold we are looking for : - on page 1, there is the detailed drawing of each product- on page 2, there is the drawing of the die cutting board with the position of the different cavities / In this drawing the details of each cavity does not appear but each cavity must be strictly the same as the drawing on page 1- on page 3, the drawing of the die cutting board with position of the different cavities and with details of all cavities / this drawing is on scale 1:1You will also find the following information in the drawing files :- thickness of PP sheet- total rule length of each die cutting Please confirm that you can develop such kind of cutting mold and tell me the specifications of the mold (blade quality, wood board, connection for heating device, ).
