详细内容 We are looking for a manufacturer who can build a two way radio as: 1. WALKIE TALKIE version and 2. as CAR COMMUNICATION system.The two way radio should communicate with the central server by GPRS (and encode the voice messages using a 3-6 kbit/s codec) like the nokia PTT (push to talk) feature.The other mode of communication should be, that the WALKIE TALKIE dials a conference bridge telephone number and stays always connected, where a VOX function indicates when somebody is speaking. The microphone is switched by a talk button, so there is absolute silence when nobody is talking.The fixed two-way radio version for taxis should be connected to the car-radio with a radio-mute connector.
