详细内容 I require two models of bikes that look virtually identical (built on same bike chassis and have identical body, suspension, wheels, paint etc. The only points of difference between the 2 model types is that one uses Hybrid combustion/electricmotors, and the other model -only a very powerful Electric motor with a much, muchlarger battery.In ModelA) -> Combustion/Electric motor powered scooterwith a fuel/combustion 4 stroke, 125-150 cc low emissions, highly reliable engine that is seemelessy intergated with a 3000 watt 96 Volt high amp brush Electric Motor for greater power, greater efficiency and the capacity to re-charge the battery via a high charge alternatoras the engine is being used. At slow speeds automatically switched to electric only and has a manual override feature to run the bike only on either electrci or motor depending on the rider's choice/requirements.Custom made extra large Lithium Polymer batteries need to make use of all under seat bike and foot space. Batteries must have rapid re-charge capacity of 4-6 hours. Scooter also needs to have the ability to carry a load of 150 kgs (2 people)at an average speed of 90kmh for at least 350kms without battery use and 450kms with battery use, so a much larger than normal fuel tank and battery space allocationwould berequired.Essential isthe ability to reach a top speed of120 kmhand thus the scooter needs to besuitably capable for the increased streese/demands placed on the bike'swheels, tyres, suspension, brakes etc. Bike also must have an intelligent gearing system to climb hillswith an incline of35 degrees carrying 150kgs when required, and be able to harness the synergistic energy/power of both motors whether in the city moving fairly slowly or out on thehighway or climbing up steep hills.ModelB)Essentially the same sort of bike as above but with a much bigger electric motor. 6000-9000 watt, 96 volt electric brush motor with a very large lithium polymer battery customised to make use of every bit of underfoot and under seat space, so no need for helmet space under riders seat. Ideally this bike should be able to reach a top speed of 90kmh and be able to carry 150 kgs (2 people) andhave an everage range of at least 180kms travelling at 60kmh on flat ground.Both models will look the same from the exterior. Same wheels, suspension, seats, lights, chassis etc. The only difference is what powers the 2 different bikes. Model A) Combustion/Electric Hybrid scooter and Model B) A very high powered Electric motor with extra large battery bays utilisng all available free underseat and underfoot space.Ideally the aesthetic lookwould bevery modern, with most external features being white where possible or in black if white is not available. Bikes need to be fast, powerful and have the extended range that western markets demand beyond the inner city and flat roads of Northern Europe. So that means engineering an easy to use automatic start and ride scooterthat can handle the motorway at high speeds, travel long distnaces if necessary,hug tight corners with rider and passenger on board and climb steep hills with no fuss. Parts should be made of the highest quality and be rust/corrosion resistant, able to handle hot or cold weather and be a very reliable, safe and easybike to ride.So I am seeking a manufacturer who is able to build 2 motor scooters with my desired specifications in mind. Using the best technology and manufacturing know how to ensure quality controlduring the entire design, manufacture and assembly process. As the 2 models are virtually identical, many required components already exist in the market place and are inexpensive; they key is modifying/utilising unused space and upgrading certain key mechanical parts of the bike to handle the increased weight, power and speeds provided by the installation of bigger motors and batteries within the scooter's frame.European, North American and Australia/NZ are the key test markets. So bikes must meet emissions criteria and safety standards regulationsfor these trading zones.The bikeMUST be manufactured under our company name and brand and the product must not be replicated and sold to the parties without a licensing agreement from us. An intial test bike should be made for our inspection and approval before going ahead with a small test run to determine any techical faults or mechanical/electrical engineering issues that need to be addressed before bringing the product to market. I will be handling the initial part of this process and engineers and Industrial designerswill be brought in where needed to ensure standards are high and the 2 models perform reliably, safely and asexpected with these markets.A detailed parts list and visual identifier are obviously expected in future caseswhere part replacement is necessary. The battery bays must be accessible and replaceable without needing to dismantle the scooter. A detailed maintenance manual will also need to be provided for upkeep and the servicing of these 2scooters.Only reputable and well establishedmanufacturers with a strong production base currently in place and who arefluent and familiarin dealing with English speaking clientele reply to this posting. During development, manufacturing, assembly and testing of initial 2 prototypesI will remain present on-site regularly, as this product needs to be of the highest technical/mechanical standards. So the manufacturer must be very much willing to foster a long term relationship based on mutual trust and see the benefit of both parties working together.
