详细内容 Dr. David Cheah has featured articles in Cosmetic Surgery & Beauty Magazine on Botox and the Lovely II Advance Fluorescence Technology (AFT) for the treatment of skin conditions. His interests include Cleft Lips and Palate Repair, Maxillofacial Trauma Surgery, Burns Reconstructive Surgery, Breast Reconstruction, Facial Reconstructive Surgery, Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty, Facial Rejuvenation, Double Eyelid Surgery, Liposuction and Face Thread Lift. Dr. David Cheah completed his plastic surgery fellowship in Welsh Burns Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Centre at St Lawrence Hospital, Chepstow, UK in 1984 under the expert hands of Mr Michael Tempest (deceased), Mr Milling, Mr Green and Mr Sykes. He then progressed to the Newcastle Upon Tyne Plastic Surgery Centre in the Newcastle General Hospital and Royal Victoria Infirmary in England to advance his surgical training. Upon his return to Malaysia, he contracted a teaching job in the Department of Surgery, University of Malaya where he became Associate Professor and Surgery. In 1985, he was contributory and influential in the setting up of a Burns Unit in the University Hospital. The methodical University set up around his clinical abilities in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and also Cosmetic Surgery. He took appointment in KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital in 1991 and represented MAPACS (Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons) as President from 2002-2004. Today, Dr. David Cheah is a well-known Plastic Surgeon in Asia and is an advocate of non-surgical facial rejuvenation techniques for the use of Laser to Botox and the use of Filler material to rejuvenate the face.
