详细内容 We are looking for a manufacturer to provide non-chemically treated sofas and chairs for the environmental health aware community in California. Although CA requires polyurethane foam that enters our state to be treated with a flame retardant chemical, our clients will be required to provide MD waivers so they would not be at risk from these chemicals. In addition, we are looking for fabrics that are not treated w/ nano particles nor PFC's that provide water and stain resistent properties.PFC's, Nanoparticles, and PBDE's will eventually be phased out of the CA and perhaps US market anyway due to their unnecessary risk to health and the environment. We would be also particularly interested in speaking with you if you can certify that the fabrics are of environmentally sustainable and socially responsible nature. I.e. Documents to show that factories producing materials are not polluting the community where the factories are located or producing wastes that are unaccounted for. Also that the wages are Fair Trade certified and there are no children nor slave workers. We would only work with a company(ies) that treat the environment and the workers in a respectful and compassionate manner.
