详细内容 Buyer is large company involved in international investment, trading and service, it can provide unlimited funding through it strategic alliances partners to buy the following fuels under below conditions:D2: up to 2 MMT x 12 @ NWE Platt's minus $35/$30 or at least Net $25JP54: up to 10 MBBL x 12 @ NWE Platt's minus $12/$10Delivery: FOB Rotterdam/Houston or CIF ASWP, no Russian ports.Term: RDLC not transferable or MT103 via Prime Top World BankProcedure: Partial POP (TSR & SGS) is a must.1- Buyer issues ICPO + soft probe.
