详细内容 We are a US based import company that has been in business since 1992. We have a year round program and will need 40,000 lbs of Frozen Yellowfin tuna loin per month. We are willing to give a fixed contract upon satisfactory inspection of product. Specification for Frozen Yellowfin Tuna Loin (Thunnus albacares)Skinless,Boneless, Blood line removed, Belly flap removed and processed from blast frozen raw materials only. Definition: A loin and/or Fletch is a skinless boneless, bloodline removed, trimmed, quarter section of the wholefish. Intended use: Further processing into steaks for the consumer, not intended for raw consumption. Purpose: Firms processing Yellowfin tuna loin for sale must make a good faith effort to comply with (1) the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) mandatory HACCP regulation, and product specification sheet.Size(s): 5 - 12 lbs (natural loin shape, no Chunk cuts) 12 lbs/UP (natural loin shape, no Chunk cuts) Packaging: IWP, Catch weight of about 50 lbs per Master Carton Labeling: Label information which is required by regulatory agencies shall be present. Each Master Carton shall be identified with the name of the product, net weight, sizing, name of processor, address and FDA Registration Number to be printed on Master Carton. Quality: Processed under HACCP plan Color: Creamy to light tan is acceptable, brown meat appearance not acceptable. Glaze: Glaze, the outer coating of ice, is designed to protect the fish from dehydration and other forms of deterioration. The glaze should be even with no voids.
