Each of used 17 CCD line detectors is mounted ona Rowland circle.Concave gratings parametres:1) spectral range from 170 nm to 420 nm2) groove frequency 3600 grooves/mm3) radius of curvature of 500 mm or close to it (in a range no more + - 2 mm)4) angle of incidence 52 degree6) blaze wavelength (wavelength of maximum efficiency) 190 nm7) order: 18) The substrate shape - on your choice (more preferably cheaper).
