Albania Who we are: “HIT” ltd is a trading and manufacturing Company, established on 1999, we deal with the production of fruit juices in Eco-cartons, Combibloc-Austria Type. In 2004 the Company seeks to change its direction by being only a trading activity. What we have: In an land of a 6000 square meters, in a distance of a 2 km from the centre of a town is build a building with surface of 11500 square meters, from which 9000 square meters are projected for trade ware houses etc. and 2500 square meters are projected as a surfaces for service and business center. The building is finished only as a frame, but even being like that the surface currently is being used for two lines of machineries for packing the fruit juices and milk. This Company is 100 % private owned by “hit” shpk, investment of 6 sareholders. The value of the land and the building builted on this land is valued according to current market approximately 4.000.000 USD. What we are looking for: Partners for cooperation and the same time partners that will inwest and be a shareholders with the aim to finish the Universal supermarket and make it functional, to work. Our preferences: We seek for Chinese partners and the trade in the universal supermarket will include only products made in China or alike. This preference is based on the quality of their goods and the most competitive prices, and also knowing the demands of an Albanian Market, and furthermore the market of Kosovo, Montenegro and Macedonia. How much do we value this business: We think that opening of a big Chinese market in Albania will be very successful, and we find it totally profitable for both sides. Which fulfills in the best way the needs of Albanian Market, with the consumption products and why not also with industry accessories, machineries etc. for which the Albanian market has a demands that are increasing every day. What can we secure: We can find without difficulty the credits from Domestic Banks if the cooperation is serious and the partner shows the continuing of the activity and the guarantee of a regular supply. We can also secure the necessary Visa for the employs and their accommodation.
