We are looking to purchase both polyurethane and polyethylene foam as raw materials for gym mats and wall padding. For the polyurethane foam we need an open-cell foam with ILD (Indentation Load Deflection) of 110 and 69.5" x 24" x 2" sheets. The density is 2.5 lbs / sqft. For the polyethylene foam we need a closed-cell foam ILD of 250 and 72" x 24" x 1.5" sheets. The density is 2 lbs / sqft.
