The project would involve selling smaller accounts to start with, that cannot handle container quantities. It would be necessary to have a small place to work in NY and booth space at a few key national trade shows in the US to solicit buyers. A small warehouse in the US to distribute less than container quantities would also be necessary. A small budget for operating could easily be agreed on. I also have the contacts to establish a small national sales force of 4-6 additional reps and begin operating with a small product line of about 20-30 styles. Samples for preview and selling would be required in August 08 and Spring 09 selected production styles(10-15) for shipment against orders would have to be available to ship in Jan 09. Your company would be able to generate a higher margin resale price than many of the chains you mentioned, are willing to accept. My fee would be negotiated if your company has some interest in this project. If you are only interested in contract high volume work, please keep me aware of items you are in production on. If you send samples, I have many major account contacts too that can handle container quantities. I would need samples of these items to show and volume prices.
