We are planning for our new factory to start producing Hemispheres, for making Hollow Balls upto 1800mm.Dia, from Stainless Steel AISI 202, 304, 316. Thickness 1.0-3.0mm. I am not sure which way is better to produce hemispheres - stamping, spinning, rolling(?) in order to have quality consistency, low production cost, efficient production capacity.
