Inquiry (采购产品): Coating material for dielectric strength and hermetic sealing We are manufacturer of Power relays for aerospace applications. We are looking for coating material (ceramic paste etc.) which can be easily applied with some process over stainless steel shell body from inside and outside. Dielectric strength required is 1500 Vac and it needs to provide hermetic sealing as well around contact terminals. It's a high current application with current capacity up to 500 amps.
