Is there an information sheet or operators sheet detailing inspection criteria, i.e. what to inspect, weekly/monthly inpections etc. Also, is there a need to do a load test on the particular item. Additionally, is there any other information such as OSHA or ANSI standard that covers use of this item. My company has one of your platforms, and we don't have any information regarding this platform. The MFR date of the item was 08/2002. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
