Inquiry (采购产品): steel buoy construction HI, I have 4 steel ocean buoys, 6 feet in diameter x 10 feet long, made of 1/2" steel, domed ends. They have never been in the water but are probably 25 years old (best guess). I would like to convert them to water storage tanks. Could you tell me in general, what type of steel it should be made of? (the local health department is giving me some flack, since they are not health sept. certified. Would you also have an idea as to who builds these this large? I am in California, near San Francisco.
