I was wondering if you will be able to provide such. The instrument must meet the following requirements: - portable speed monitor which works in a controlled manner - accuracy : ±0.008% ±1 digit - includes a laser / optical speed pick-up - intrinsically safe - be able to work in environments with temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit - should be able to be used for speed balancing - must be easy to be mounted/dismounted from the equipment (the instrument we are seeking is not a hand held instrument or a strobe light) - data shown on the monitor must be easily read from approximately 20 ft. - preferable it the tachometer has the option to be battery operated.
