The required coating sequence on silicon is Al (1-micron thick), Titanium (100-nm thick), Palladium (500-nm thick) and Silver (200-nm thick). Silicon wafer provided by us will be 37-mm dia and 450-microns thick, with the other-side coated with Al (25-microns thick) and Ag (2-microns thick) over 29-mm diameter.
