He is on annual leave at the moment & we have a few questions / requests relating to the above mentioned Centralian Controls on Vitec – as follows: 1. Our item # 1 – Part # 602885-49T (Vitec 4003-400) We were of the opinion that this part # was an assembly, consisting the following: Vitec 4033-400 Velocity Transducer Assembly, Part# 602885-49T consisting of the following items · 4033-400 Velocity Transducer, Part# 602885-49R · 1/4-28 x 1/2-20 Stud Adapter, Part # 412571-67A · Cable Assembly, 20 Ft, Part# 412585-65RB · Installation and Specifications, Part # 412537-343 Can you please clarify this situation? We actually need this item to INCLUDE the 20 ft. cable, the Stud adaptor & the Installation instructions. If the part # 602885-49T is ONLY for the transducer can you please provide the details for the additional cable, stud adaptor & instructions? 2. Shipping Costs associated with this order. On your quote & on our order we allowed for, in our item 4, freight & associated costs form your company to Centralian Controls Hendon SA. However “on top of this cost” we have received an additional invoice from FedEx for A$520.14. Can you please attempt to explain this additional costs to us & express your opinion if it is warranted. I have been asked by the customer to resolve these issues as soon as possible & would appreciate you a prompt response to these queries.
