Inquiry (采购产品): historical information I would appreciate any background information re Shawmut Mills during the 1930s-50s. I am seeking whatinterests and time frame Nashua Mfg. Co's had in Shawmut regarding the Queen Anne tablecloths made with Indian Head cloth using the Shawmut label and often including the Nashua name. Supposedly Nashua sold off its interest around 1935 although the tablecloths were made into the early 1950s. It is my understanding Shawmut Mills was founded in 1916 As Shawmut Woolen Mills, acquired Barnaby Mfg. Co., a gingham mill, in 1917, and at some point changed from mill to laminating and textile end-manufacturing. Any help regarding Shawmut and Nahsua interests would be appreciated. This is for a book I am writing ont he history of Indian Head cloth and its 4 mill owners.
