Inquiry (采购产品): Painting System We are a supplier of component parts to the window and door industry. We are currently searching for a vendor who can design and supply us with a turnkey system for the coating of our lineal products. These lineals are thirteen foot lengths of light gauge aluminum rectangles. We are looking to paint these lineals with a two tone process. That is to paint the bottom and half way up the sides with one color and the top and half way down the sides with another color. That is done we believe by painting the entire part the base color and then adding the second color to the top and half way down the sides. It will be critical that the two colors appear to mate exactly in the middle on each side. We are open to using either powder coating or a wet paint system, as long as either is capable of passing an Ultra violet out gassing test. The specifications of that test will be supplied at a later date. There is approximately 600,000 feet of material to be processed per year.
