Inquiry (采购产品): Warranty I bought a Torx Driver set from SEARS on 10/25/07. I broke a #45 Torx 3/8" driver unloosening a Head from an automobile. Sears informs me that I have go through Lisle Corp. to get a replacement tool under warranty free of charge with exchange. Please inform me of the warranty procedure in place too replace the torx driver I broke.
