Inquiry (采购产品): INQUIRY Dear sir / ma’am, I am currently searching for a supplier for a component of a new product we are developing. Our need is for some precision copper alloy tubing. Initially cupro-nickel comes to mind as we need it to have a fairly good electrical conductivity but also to be fairly sturdy and not easily bent when handled. The application calls for this part to conduct substantial electrical amperage for a welding operation. It will, however, be water cooled. Our preliminary part specs are as follows: O.D. – 5/16 nominal +1/32, -0 I.D. – 0.215 +.000, -.002 Length – aprx. 5 in. w/ finished ends Straightness – w/i .005 TIR Initial prototype quantity – 25 pcs. Projected production orders – 100 pcs. ea. I would like to know what alloys you can supply and if there are any “stock” diameters close to our need that we might be able to accommodate instead of using a custom size.
