Inquiry (采购产品): auger bits I recently purchased your Hickory Tools 6-piece wood auger bit set HW1080 at Home Depot. during normal use the feed tip on the 7/8" bit broke off. it says on the package "FULLY GUARANTEED" so I returned to Home Depot with the entire set, but was told I would have to contact your company for a replacement. please tell me what I need to do.
