Inquiry (采购产品): Hatch Cover Gentlemen: We have a application which may be suitable for one of your standard hatches with modifications. The hatch will be located at street level and should be inserted into the concrete slab with a steel frame. The size of the unit should be 7'-0" long by 4'-0" wide clear opening, fabricated of carbon steel and provide a water tight seal to prevent rain water from entering the cellar. The unit should be epoxy coated to prevent corrosion and attack from the weather elements. The hatch will be used to open to the basement so that a trash cart can surface to the street level. As automation will be required, the hatch should be remotely operated to open from a basement push button switch and interlocked to open when the cart lift if energized. An allowance for the cylinder operator should be included to provide the above clear opening in the hatch. The hatch would require an electrical actuator and/or pneumatic cylinder operator if high pressure air is available. Would your firm be able to design a unit with these requirements.
