We would like you to review our specification listed as below and select a suitable rotary valve for our application. Below are the specification, 1. Sucking pressure = 0.0215 bar 2. Pigment characteristic : contain some abrasive substance; able to create spark 3. Velocity of air = 25.1m/s 4. Mass flowrate = 150kg/hrs 5. Volume flowrate = 102m^3/hrs 6. Particle of powder = 2 micro 7. Outlet pipe = 1.5inches 8. Pigment particle size = 1 to 2 micron 9. Operation temperature = 25 degree 10. Specific Gravity of pigment range from 1.4 to 1.9 (Black, Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta) 11. Pigment moisture content: 60RH 12. Valve must be stainless steel 13. Application: Pigment industry We would appreciate if you can provide us the estimate quote at this moment. The quotation should be separate in term of motor and valve.
