Inquiry (采购产品): Rabble arms Hello, I have a client who is seeking longer life from a multiple hearth furnace. The rabble arms are softening and therefore folding over after 16 weeks. They want to double the life (32 weeks) and improve the wear resistance. Current material spec is an iron chromium nickel alloy: CEA297HK. This is good for 1040c but lacks wear resistance necessary on this magnesia site. They have trialled tungsten carbide overlay with moderate success. Do you have a sloution for this problem?
