REQUEST FOR ASSOCIATION IN PROVIDING MODERN, AFFORDABLE AND Inquiry (采购产品): REQUEST FOR ASSOCIATION IN PROVIDING MODERN, AFFORDABLE AND STANDARD HOUSING FOR SIERRA LEONE Taking into consideration the need for modern, affordable and standard housing (steel frame home) in Sierra Leone, and having had several discussions with representative of the new government of Sierra Leone, president Ernest Bai Koroma in this regard, I wish to request for the Following: First that we establish a housing scheme which will entail working in partnership with the government of Sierra Leone, to construct homes, offices, military and police barracks, hotels and educational institutions. These will be founded through the government of Sierra Leone, donor organisations and institutions like the international bank for reconstruction and development. Second, prepare a project proposal for the government of Sierra Leone highlighting the advantages of using modern building techniques as undertaken by your company (steel frame home) The project proposal will also give a step – by –step, description of the building process. It will also describe the types of structures to be built as well as an update of the financial cost of the structures per unit as well as in large numbers. Third, that we sign a memorandum of understanding in which I will serve as a partner in expediting this housing scheme by serving as a coordinator between your concern and the government of Sierra Leone and the west African region including my own percentage as a coordinator between your concern and the government of Sierra Leone, also for any other private sector needs in the country or in west African region. As I earlier stated, it is worthy to note that I have already had the opportunity of discussing the matter of housing with members of the present government, including Vice President Sam Sumana. In all our discussions the general consensus is that the present government needs to embark on the provision of shelter as an urgent prerogative. That is why I see it fitting that we should work together in this housing scheme (steel frame home), and it is important that we start looking into the options immediately. In conclusion, I hereby give a brief update of my personality: I am a Sierra Leone born in Eastern part of Sierra Leone where you can easily fund or mine Rough Diamonds, Au metal Gold dust Cacao, Coffee and timber woods. I attended school in Sierra Leone before proceeding to Germany to get verse experience in business management. The current head of state of Sierra Leone, President Ernest Bai Koroma is my in – law as he married my sister who is now the first lady of the country. The vice President is an acquaintance and I have been privileged to have a lot of discussions with him on matters relating to governance and encouraging investors.
