Inquiry (采购产品): Inline Thinwall tube cleaner Hello, My name is Bill Panthofer. Our company is Mill Masters, Inc. We are an OEM equipment manufacturer of thin wall tubemills used for making heat exchangers tubing. We are looking for a system that will clean off forming oils and lightly rough the outside surface of the ube. The tubes are a copper alloy with a wall thickness of 0.0045" to 0.018". The tubes are a flat oval shape generally 0.500" to 0.750" tall. The tube mill speed is continuous at speeds of 350 fpm to 550 fpm.
