Inquiry (采购产品): PVDF coating of plating racks We are a manufacturer of NiCd batteries in Tempe, AZ. We have a nickel plating bath process which uses 304 stainless steel plating racks and shields coated with Plastisol. We are converting these coatings to Halar or PVDF and are experimenting with both. One preference for PVDF is that we can re-pair damaged areas, while Halar requires full-stripping and re-coating. Our coating thickness is 0.015 to 0.030".
