Inquiry (采购产品): Water Tight Wall Seal Hello, I am a project engineer for Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. near Pittsburgh, PA. I am interested in a quote for the attached drawing of a wall seal. We need to seal an insulated high voltage electric line as it enters a building. The line is insulated using a gas and the gas is contained within a pressurized aluminum tube. The tube enters the building through a hole that is sized to allow for deflection of the tube due to thermal expansion. The dimensions required are listed on the drawing. As far as material requirements are concerned, this particular application will be outside in California for at least 30 years so it must be able to withstand that kind of environment, the material used must be water resistant and the operating temperature can be -30° F to 200° F. Initially we will need 25 of these units. Depending on the success of this design, we are hoping that this could become a standard item in our future designs.
