Inquiry (采购产品): NDT questions **urgent reply needed** I need to get some NDT processes done to specific specifications. I have these processes and the specs listed below. Please tell me if you would be able to do these processes to the specs listed and how quickly you would be able to expedite these parts. I would need the costs per part also. Processes: Magnetic Particle Inspect per ASTM E1444, Rev 05. Cracks, laps, seams or inclusions are not permissible. Penetrant Inspect per ASTM E 1417 rev 05, Type I, Method D, sensitivity level 2 or 3. No defect indications allowed. Passivation per AMS 2700 rev B, method 1, class 2. Inspect each lot using Method 102 copper sulfate test. Quantities of parts listed below. Our part numbers are listed next to the quantities. FTI PN 4624-001 149 each FTI PN 4624-002 151 each FTI PN 4624-003 148 each We would ship these to you UPS Next Day Air and would like you to return them UPS next day air also on our UPS account number. We would like to see if we could get these turned around and delivered back to FTI in 5-7 business days at the most. If there is an expedite charge for this quick service please also let me know what that would be. If you could do them even faster than 5-7 business days that would really work out to our advantage. If you would be able to do these services for FTI my QA Department would also have to email or fax you a QA questionnaire to get you on our Approved Supplier List.
