Crane Italy 1. Please note your offer should be only in EURO/GBP/USD Currency. 2. Offer should clearly conform to our specifications indicating Manufacturer’s name and country of origin against each line items. Any alternate quote has to be highlighted. If you are offering replacement items, Confirmation required for fit, form and function with the quotation. Also send us the Certificate along with the quote stating that the parts quoted are genuine/OEM parts. 3. Warranties to be specified 18 months from the date of dispatch, or 12 months from the date of use whichever is earlier. 4. Prices to be FOB indicating the payment terms and validity preferably for 90 days. 5. Freight charges to Jeddah shall be indicated separately for Air shipment/ By Sea (containerized or open bulk) / By Courier. 6. Legalization, packing and other costs to be indicated separately. 7. Delivery period to be clearly indicated showing the date of material readiness for shipment. Back to back penalty clause will be applied in case of deliveries being delayed. 8. Transit time with ETD & ETA dates to be provided. 9. We appreciate your payment terms preferably 30 days credit or cash against delivery at our warehouse. Advance payment or L/C payment terms are not acceptable to us. 10. Please do send us your confirmation by return fax/e-mail in case you are unable to submit your quotation. We will appreciate your offer to reach this office ASAP. Please offer your prices according to the Serial Number, description, part number, quantity and unit of measurement exactly as per our RFQ.
