Inquiry (采购产品): Supplier Tax ID Dear Suppliers, Emerson Process Management is currently implementing Oracle ERP systems throughout the world. Over the next 5 years, various locations will be transitioning from legacy systems to Oracle. The Regulator Division of Fisher Controls is currently engaged and over the next 10 months will be installing all Purchasing, Planning, Order Management and Operations modules. One aspect of this transition involves the migration of data from our legacy systems into Oracle. As we do this work, we are cleaning the data and attempting to add any additional data capture of value that Oracle features allow and require. One of the data sets we are currently reviewing is supplier Federal Taxpayer Identification. We are now required to have this information for all suppliers with which we do business. I have ask Nezley-Anne Hallazgo at our Material Data Center in Manila to conduct a supplier survey to gather the following information: 1. If the supplier or vendor is an individual and has no Federal Taxpayer ID number then you need to provide your Social Security number 2. If the supplier or vendor is a US company, partnerships and Corporation then you need to provide your Federal Taxpayer ID number. 3. If the supplier or vendor is a non-US company then your Tax Registration number(GST#) is required. It is my request that you assist her in this effort by taking time to review and provide the requested information in the next few days. Our schedule requires that this information be ready to migrate to the new Oracle system within the next few weeks so that we can begin system testing.
