capillary tube thermostats Inquiry (采购产品): capillary tube thermostats We publish materials for fire investigators, providing them with information on, among other things, how appliances, equipment, etc. work. This issue we're including an article on capillary tube thermostats and are hoping you can answer a couple of questions for us. First, what's in the capillary tube? Not looking for trade secrets here, but it appears some contain a liquid, others contain gas. Is that correct? If so, can you give us some ideas of materials that might be commonly used in cap tube tstats? Also, we've tried to compile a list of equipment/devices that might incorporate them. So far we've got furnaces, refrigeration, (older) dryers, gas fireplaces, space heaters, deep fat fryers, ranges. Any other common applications that come to mind? Also, are there general rules as to when a manufacturer might want to use this type of tstat as opposed to other types? Thanks so, much we appreciate any info you can provide us.
