cold storage Inquiry (采购产品): cold storage Description: Dear Sir, We are planning to set up a 1, 50, 000 cubic feet cold storage of Minus temperature (-18 to -25) to store/freeze products like Frozen Green Peas, Sweet Corn, French Fries, Ice Cream, Butter, Cheese and other allied items. Freon based refrigeration system, with the imported compressors and Indian make panels (ISO Quality) Our Room /Chambers size/dimensions are as follows First Chambers is on Ground Floor: 80ft*50ft*20ft (length x berth x height) This 20ft height should be divided with mezzanine floor for 10ft each. We have a existing RCC structure of the above size, so we would like to go with the same structure, for which we want you to use panels inside the RCC structure (125mm thickness Panel) as it will not be exposed to the sun. We are looking for an ante room in front of this chamber, 15x12x10 (length x berth x height) to unload the material which comes in the truck before keeping the cold storage. The door should be sliding. Ground insulation should be done. Second Chamber is on First Floor (above 20 ft height): Proposed 80ft*50ft*20ft (length x berth x height) This 20ft height should be divided with mezzanine floor for 10ft each. This is an open terrace on the same existing RCC structure on the ground floor here we would like to go with entire Puff panels without RCC structure we recommend 150mm thickness panel to be used as this chambers are exposed to the sun i.e. outside the columns the puff should be erected.
