Inquiry (采购产品): Stack Testing for Ethanol Plant We are responsible for finding an Emissions Testing Company to test all of the emissions sources in accordance with the attached Air Permit for the NEDAK Ethanol LLC plant in Atkinson, NE. The ethanol plant is a Delta-T design with a 44 MGY undenatured nameplate rating. We are required to perform the stack tests within 60 days of reaching full capacity. The plant is in construction and is scheduled for start-up in the 4th quarter of 2007 and we expect to be at full capacity in January, 2008. Therefore, with this schedule will need to be stack testing in Feb or March of 2008. Please let me know immediately, if you are interested in performing the stack tests in accordance with the attached Air Permit requirements. Assuming you are interested in doing the stack tests, please submit your proposal and qualifications/experience with similar testing no later than Oct. 24, 2007. Please let me know if you would like to visit the plant before you submit your proposal and we will make appropriate arrangements. The plant is still in construction and all of the sample ports are not installed at this time. We are expecting your proposal to comply with all of the testing and reporting requirements identified in the attached Air Permit. Please note that the emergency generator is not being installed at this time and will not require testing and reporting. Also attached are the revised stack parameters which are being remodeled and then submitted to the State as a modification to the permit.
