Tube Bending Hello, This question could be completely off mark- but if I were to request a quote for some 2.5" (0.035" wall thickness) tubing pieces to be bent at certain angles and diameters; what does your facility need for information? AutoCad? ProE files? A prototype part? These parts would be no longer than 5' in length (straight) with up to 3 or maybe 4 bends each. I've never done any tubing bending before and am not sure what is all entailed. Can your facility do mandrel bending? Are you able to do smaller lots of parts or are you primarily involved in higher production runs? Thanks for any help you have to offer; i'm in the New Berlin area-- maybe I could stop in sometime and you could show me what's all entailed.
