Held classes for teaching color code component identification, and soldering. I also trained the QC inspectors. I have 28 years of soldering experience in thru hole and SMT. I also took care of the Human Resource issues such as insurances, Cobra, Workman comp, reviews, and pulled payroll hours from T60 time clock system. Implemented handbook policies and procedures. At times I had to have meetings with certain individuals who were having personality conflicts and managed to talk to them and get things aired and solved to make it a better working environment. I made sure production went smoothly between departments thru out the shop. Kept in touch with customers if there was any issues relating to the manufacturing of their product. Supplied the customers with quality products in a timely manner. I implemented Process Sheets for each department to become ISO certified. We Passed with flying colors first time around. Employment: Analogic Corp. 1979-1988 At Analogic I attended there training course to learn color code, component identification and soldering. I worked on the production line for about 3 years. At that time the kits came to the floor from the stockroom and we had to prep the Parts on the line for ourselves. The supervisor at the time got together with me and we put together a kit prep area where I took charge and set all up and ran for several years. Part values were check and parts were prepped and kitted in a kit box for the assembly area. An opportunity arose to transfer to the Customer Service Depot which was promotion for me. There I did ECO upgrades on all units that came back for updates and also did repairs for the technicians. Also did some GenRad and Calibrating. As you can see, these are the only two jobs I have had in 28 years. I am a Self motivated individual who takes a lot of pride in what I do. I am always up for a challenge to learn something new. I am a very company orientated person who gives all I can all the time. I am a team player and I also can work as an individual on my own without having to have constant supervision.
