We are building one of the tallest new developments and Britain and the entire project is going to fail because of their lack of performance. Our American Architect recommended your control valves for this project as he has had very good experience with yourselves in America. We ordered these through Belimo in Switzerland in May with a promised delivery of June. This was revised to July then August and now we do not know when they will be delivered. Without these valves we cannot finish commissioning and hence the building will fail to open. This will be reported in the Press and on Television and your good name will be lost due to this.
