Inquiry (采购产品): ALUMINA GRINDING ATTN: SALES / ESTIMATING. We manufacture a series of 98% alumina rings that we feel would lend themselves to “Double Disk” grinding. The parts for this request share the OD & ID dimensions, and have varying thicknesses. The OD is 1.120 +/-.010”; the ID is .920 +/-.010”, the thickness ranges between .060” to .375”. All are produced by the dry press method, and will have some out of roundness of approx .015” max. Thickness will have between .040 - .050 stock. Tolerance on thickness will be +/-.005 in most cases, with flat & parallel w/i .001”. Edge chipping less than .010” so we can tumble to remove chipping with a .015 maximum radius. Please quote tooling / fixtures, and set-up separately Please indicate if tooling / fixtures can be shared. If not for this entire range of thickness, then at what range could sharing be done.
