We got several damaged rollers of two models in stock, which are specially designed and manufactured by Praxair for Metronic AG printing company. But only one model has the detailed information, such as reference number,screen, volume and angle, on the package(see the details below). I intended to send you the pictures of the one without specification but there is no such function in this contact system. The problem we have now is if we use the dark color for printing, some unexpected lines will also appear, which make our products useless. We have contacted the Praxair Janpan's branch, However, they did nothing but just keep our roller in their plant for more than a month. Consequently, our production has been stopped for a long long time. Do you think you can fix this problem if we send the roller to you for repair?
