It is a specialized auto parts private manufacturing enterprise combining casting, machining together. The total occupation of land area of the company is 60000 square meters. There are more than 380 staff now, including 30 technical experts. Our company lies between Tianjin , Beijing and Baoding , 120 kilometers from Beijing , 240 kilometers from Tianjin port, which is the main export harbor in northern China . So the traffic is very convenient. Our casting workshop is 15000 square meters, have 2 mechanized production lines, 4 hot blast copular and heat preservation electric furnaces, 5 hand molding workshops, and shot blasting equipment. The production ability of all kinds of casting products is 40000tons per year. The main products are heavy-duty brake drums, brake discs, hubs and pads for trucks and buses, cast lathe and machine fittings, ductile iron and gray iron manhole covers and gully gratings. Our machining workshop is 2500 square meters. The equipments contain ordinary lathes and numerical control lathes. They are special-equipment for brake drums, brake discs and hubs. Our products are mainly exported to U.S.A. , Britain , Canada , Italy , Korea , etc. We have received EN124 certificate fromSGS in 1998. We have also been issued ISO9002 and Kitemark certifications by the British Standards Institution(BSI). Additionally, in January 2003 we were given ISO9001 accreditation. And now we are making the preparation of ISO TS 16949 quality system authentication. Will get it at the end of this year or the beginning of next year. The importing of raw material, sand-disposal, making corn, mechanizing sculpting, smelting molten iron, shot-blast disposal, assembling, spray-painting and packing, shipment, the entire production processes are got under the control of ISO9000.
