Inquiry (采购产品): New Production of Vacuum-Generating Rubber Diaphragm I am seeking the new development of a Rubber Vacuum Cup or Rubber Vacuum-Generating Pressure Diaphragm Device which when manually depressed by hand will develop a force of suction which will be utilized to conduct hermetic container sealing. I have a 3-D CAD .stl file for engineering review of its design. Said device characteristics summary is as follows: Device Description: - Annular dome-shaped with axially-disposed aperture in apex - Annular oval-shaped sealing lip attached to device lower peripheral edge - Diameter: 50mm - Height: 15mm (static) Operational Requirements: - Must strongly resist and "finally" yield to axially-exerted downward compression by hand - Must be of semi-flexible material (rubber, plastic or other suitable elastomer) - Must strongly reflect (spring back and return) to initial static dome-shape from collapsed position when "load" is removed - Must endure high repetitions of said compression without breaking, cracking - Must effectively operate in temp range: 20-140 degrees F - Must not be reactive to Phosphoric Acid Please advise if your company manufacturers or wishes to manufacture this type of device and express your interest.
