Inquiry (采购产品): Grave Markers for Indigent Burials I am requesting quotes for grave markers. sCOPE of WORK: To fabricate burial markers used at the White Tanks Cemetary for indigent burial program. Winning bidder will also be required to stamp the name of the individual and the date deceased. A list will be provided to you for every 100 ordered. Average number of deaths are approximately 10 per week. Average orders per year may be up to 500. This will be a blanket purchase order which will expire june 30, 2008. TECHNICAL SPECS:The markers will be 4 inches in diameter, one half inch thick and the bolt is 12 inches long and screws directly into the marker. The material for the marker will be brass. This will not be substituted. (see attached picture) Please provide unit price, and any other charges that may apply (shipping, etc.) also include, sales tax and FOB.
