Inquiry (采购产品): Accelerated One-Step Recovery Hello, We had been using our Accelerated One-Steps (AOS) to extract semi-volatile base/neutral/acid analytes (EPA Method 8270) with good results for about a year before we started getting low recoveries. Now we are seeing about 20% lower recovery overall and 40% lower recovery for the heavier PAHs. Nothing obvious has changed in the way we perform the extraction or maintain the apparatus. The chilling is adequate and the drip rate is very fast. We found that the missing analytes are still in the water after the extraction by performing a separatory funnel extraction on the water after the AOS extraction. Has anyone at your company heard of this type of problem with the AOS? Is there a solution? Any ideas will be appreciated.
