Inquiry (采购产品): Condominium Sound Transfer I would like information on your capacity and perhaps a quote to measure sound transfer between two units in a condo complex. The units were designed with a double wall construction between the shared walls to include sheet rock, an insulated 2x4 stud, air space, insulated 2x4 and sheet rock again in the other unit. Sheet rock is mounted on what was described to me as a "resilinet channel." The shared walls are the master bedroom and bath. The units were built in the last 3-4 years. After tearing down the wall on my side of the unit, the installation appeared to be correct but the drywaller installed a second 5/8ths inch layer of sheetrock on my side of the wall as a precaution. There continues to be sound transfer - snoring - that is still audible in my unit although the other owner does not hear sound coming through from our side. The neighbor is willing to participate in a sound study, based on cost considerations, to determine the exact location and nature of the sound transfer. Is this a project O'Neil Engineered Systems has experience or interest in? If not, is there another firm that you know that has this type of experience and could you refer them? Could you quote a price or provide an estimate of costs associated with this kind of analysis in a residential setting? We are located outside of Lodi, Wisconsin and look forward to your response.
