We have a King-gage system to measure the weight of black ink used in our printing process. This system has a scale too big to measure the consumption of ink ( 500 Kg each line) We are very interested in changing the pneumatic system into a electronic one of major perfomance. We have three tanks of different dimensions I am going to describe you the equipments that we have: 3 LevelBar pneumatic input MODEL 5110-21 fixed range transmitter 0 - 10 psid display in kilos and liters 3 Diaprhagm sensing unit 7786-10 3 Sensor control unit 860-39-58 3 1 " NPT tank top fitting 7786-20 Each levelBar Column has different scale: TANK ONE: 5.18 meters Height , 3.50 meters Diameter LVB-1120-1 0 - 39500 Kg REF.HIGH 0.628 Vdc (0 - 10 PSI) 500 Kg 1.03 SP.GR TANK TWO: 6.26 meters Height , 3.20 meters Diameter LVB-1121-1 0 - 42000 Kg REF.HIGH 0.755 Vdc (0 - 10 PSI) 500 Kg 1.03 SP.GR TANK THREE: 7.17 meters Height , 3 meters Diameter LVB-1121-1 0 - 45500 Kg REF.HIGH 0.899 Vdc (0 - 10 PSI) 500 Kg 1.03 SP.GR This system was installed in 1995 by us and sold by Rendic International Corporation and Flint Ink Corporation. We have a installation plane sent by King Engineering Corporation number E-4494-6 We need a scale with minor resolution to have better control of the consumption of ink for example 10 kilos, and have a numerical display to see direct the reading in Kg. Do you think that it is possible? And what kind of equipment does we need? I have been reading the characteristics of the pressure transmitter ES2i and display.
