The material I want to use is relatively light gage sheet brass, approximately 1/2 - 1 mm thick. The items I want produced are approximately 2" x 2", in the simple shapes of hearts, apples, fish, trees, etc. I can provide the shapes via files on CD in Autocad or Postscript format. The initially quantity of individual pieces (the individual shapes) ordered, would depend on the pricing structure. If possible, please provide information regarding the following lots and schedule (numbers refer the pieces ordered), regarding feasibility (concerning your policies and machine set-up factors, etc.) , and payment terms available: Scenario A Intial lot of 50, Scenario B Intial lot of 50, followed by a planned order of 500 within 2 months depending on sales. Scenario C Initial lot of 50, followed by a guaranteed order of 500 within 2 months. Scenario D Initial lot of 500. If you have access to material and material cost data, that is fine.
