Inquiry (采购产品): Custom Copper-Phos Filler Hello, I am e-mailing you because I am interested in ordering custom braze filler for my research team's precision-based copper-to-copper furnace brazing operation. I am brazing tellurium copper (B301 - free machining copper) to standard copper. The copper has many small channels milled into it with about a 1.5 mm gap between each channel. I need to add filler on top each gap so that the mating copper piece may seal the channels. I believe I have the right alloy for the filler (BCuP-5?), but I need the most precision-friendly form with minimal fluidity. As of now, I believe that a long strip of this filler (or another filler you suggest) will be most suitable. I am wanting a long strip (about 20 m) of BCuP-5 filler (or other) with a cross-section of 0.75 mm by 0.75 mm. It is vital that the width not exceed 1.5 mm during the brazing, for no filler can get into the engraved channels of the base piece! Please let me know if you are able to help me with my request, and if not, what you suggest for my application (new cross-sectional dimensions, new filler form, etc.).
